The HTC Vive Pro works in combination with a PC on the Steam VR platform. There are many interactive applications available on Steam VR that are very useful for business purposes. In addition, the comfort of the headset has been improved dramatically thanks to a new fastening system. The device has built-in headphones, which means that external headphones are no longer needed. This ensures fewer cables and a more enjoyable VR experience. The high resolution of 2880 x 1600 provides the optimum VR experience.
Compared to the Oculus Rift S, the quality of the HTC Vive Pro display is better. In addition, the room-scale tracking of the headset is of better quality than that of the Oculus Rift S. A disadvantage is that the device pro needs external trackers for room-scale VR.
